This machine is used for tandem twin gas
shield back welding of assembled box-beam bevel side fillet welding seat at
flat. It has the advantages of fast speed and high efficiency. It can reduce
the affect to welding may caused by man’s activity.

3. Working principle
The machine is used for tandem-twin CO2
back welding of assembled box-beam. The work-piece is sent to working position
after being assembled. The welding arm with welding nozzle on it can move
horizontally and vertically through carriage and trolley, making the nozzle
aiming at welding seam. There is pneumatic flexible mechanical arc-tracing unit
on the welding arm. The trolley moves along rail, carrying out automatic back
welding of flat seam on groove of box column.
4. Main features
The standard models of our box-beam tandem
twin gas shield back welding machines have the following features:
 All the other parts are installed on cantilever arm and trolley (except
welding power);
Two A.C. motors via reducers to drive trolley move on rail;
T Welding arm and carriage are installed on cantilever boom, which
there are two sets totally;
The CO2 welder is Tangshan Panasonic KH-600 welding power;
All motion parts have lubrication system;
Main electric elements are ABB/Siemens brands;
Standard color;
